Long ago, when the world was ruled by darkness, there existed Alwesia, a cruel continent where humans fought and struggled to survive. Beladim, Lord of the Mist, Lord of the Castle of Darkness and commander of the Army of Darkness, was said to be unkilled by any means. None who opposed and challenged this immortal ever survived his heartless army. He razed and destroyed every thing he set foot upon. The villagers of Alwesia became a feast to him and his army.
Freyja, a girl from the village Ridgerode, watched as her home and people were destroyed. Traveling with an unknown weapon called 'AeternoBlade', Freyja looks to take revenge on Beladim. She is helped by Vernia, a questionable ally, but one who taught Freya about the abilities of AeternoBlade. Freyja obtained its true power upon the advice of "Bernard", a man who had been imprisoned in the Everlasting Void. With it, she can travel back in time before Beladim destroyed her village, to save it and her time.
Development[]
AeternoBlade was originally released for the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita. In February, 2018, ports were released for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
